Ferrophosphorus (FeP) is a key iron alloy with 15%-35% phosphorus, appearing as gray-black lumps/powder. Produced via high-temperature electric furnace reduction, it is essential in metallurgy, chemicals and new energy. It enhances steel strength, hardness and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in steelmaking, casting and LFP battery cathode production. Common grades include FeP18/FeP21/FeP24, complying with ISO 5416, ASTM E350 and GB/T 5687 standards.
