1. Low ferrosilicon can replace part of ferrosilicon alloy deoxidation and silicon, iron, effectively control the temperature of molten steel, and does not affect the absorption rate of other alloys in the process of use;
2. Low silicon molten iron can reduce the amount of ore and scrap, and ensure the normal heating rate of molten pool metal. Thus, less slag steelmaking can be realized, lime consumption can be reduced and metal recovery rate can be increased.
